When the opportunity arises, I enjoy sitting down at a public piano to entertain or otherwise the passers-by.

Severance [Main Theme] (Theodore Shapiro) ‍On 1st January 2026, I was lucky enough to play the piano in the Severance offices (aka Bell Labs in New Jersey). I avoided elevators. If you haven’t watched the show, I highly recommend it, not just for the music.

Don’t Know Why (Norah Jones) ‍This is a gorgeous piece of music, and I’m playing it on a very cool piano on Little Island, New York.

Piano Man (Billy Joel) ‍I used to play piano in bars and restaurants when I was at uni, and this one was always included in the set.

Misty (Ella Fitzgerald) Whenever someone asks me to play something on the piano, my mind goes blank and I spend a good few seconds/minutes searching through my brain for a piece to play. This is usually the one that suggests itself first.

Everywhere (Fleetwood Mac) ‍ A very special song that means a lot to me.

Summertime (Ella Fitzgerald/Louis Armstrong) ‍ A classic Gershwin piece.
